Spaying/Neutering of Cats

We rented our house last year in this small village, there were at least 8 cats, 2 were pregnant around.
Since I have cats, I occasionally feed them because I feel bad for them.

Some of the cats already got pregnant and there is a male cat that roams the place searching for female in-heat cats.

Around 8 kittens already died or didn't survive, their mothers usually hide them on the roof and brings them down only when its already a month old.

I wanted to save up for their spay and neuter but my business is not doing well, I can only help them with food for now, some homeowners also feed them but they mostly stay or reside near us because
1. I feed them
2. The house in front of us is a restaurant/caterer and have food scraps in their garbage can and allows them to scavenge the food.

One of the guards before asked the trash collector to drop or relocate the two mother cats and their kittens to another place because the kittens are pooping in there room. Sadly only one of the mothers returned.

I wanted to make sure that before we move houses in 4 months in another city that the village I live in won't call the animal pound and have them all removed because of their increasing number and because the cats open their trash cans searching for food.

If I receive the target donations I will have them spayed/neutered in the Animal welfare org that issues a contract between them and the village that if an animal is spayed/neutered then they cannot displace, remove or harm it.

Spaying/Neutering cost 1,000 pesos / $19.23 each cat
In case there will be remaining money, we can use it for some vitamins while recovering and some extra cages.
after spaying the cats will stay for a couple of days with the animal welfare group for them to recover well and to ensure their won't be any problems.

There is currently 20 cats residing in this neighborhood, 15 are adults and can be spayed/ neutered. 3 is near the age of in heat stage and can be spayed/neutered in a few months.
