Spay and Chip my Dog

This is my dog arie she is 8 mouths old and hit heat a week ago we need to get her spayed and chipped. She loves playing in the dog park with other dogs but she cant at the moment because we don't want her to have a litter. We can afford for her getting spayed because we spent over 5 grand on my mothers funeral. Please anything helps
