Hey guys, We are entering the Sparta race this Saturday - 5k, 25 Obstacles and a lot of blood , sweat and tears!!!!!! We are going to help raise some money for Pariah Dog Samui, if you can spare anything please comment or message . Just a few hundred baht or £5 will make all the difference. Thank you
