Dans la nuit de dimanche, à 1h30, à lundi, à Bangkok, 4 enfants Suisses-Thailandais (entre 5 et 11 ans) ont chuté du quatrième étage d'un immeuble en plein centre Ville. Les circonstances de l'accident sont encore floues, mais c'est a priori un balcon de fortune qui aurait cédé sous le poids des 4 enfants.

Le plus jeune d'entre eux est décédé à la suite de ses blessures.

Deux des enfants sont actuellement dans le coma, dans un état critique.

Selon les nouvelles, les jours de la plus grande ne sont pas en danger mais elle est encore à l'hôpital avec de nombreuses blessures.

Les relations entre la père et la mère des enfants est très tendue depuis leur divorce.

Les 4 enfants vivaient avec leur mère depuis plusieurs années et la maman des enfants s' était opposée à tout contact des enfants avec leur papa. Celui-ci avait fait appel à un avocat et avait obtenu le droit de garde. Néanmoins, celui-ci n'a jamais été respecté et le papa n'a pu revoir ses enfants dans les deux dernières années.

A l'heure actuelle, le père est en train de se battre pour avoir le droit de voir ses enfants à l'hôpital et pour récupérer le corps du petit pour pouvoir le faire reposer au temple. A l'heure actuelle, il n'a pu avoir l'autorisation de voir seulement l'un d'entre eux.

Bien qu'il est évident que tous les détails de cette affaire ne soient à ce jour pas connus , le papa a besoin d'aide ne serait-ce que pour voir ses enfants, droit qui doit être accordé à tout père.

Il a actuellement porté plainte auprès des autorités thaïlandaises.

Il a besoin impérativement d'avoir le soutien d'un bon avocat pour faire en sorte que la vérité sur cette affaire soit établie et qu'il puisse voir ses enfants.

Il a également besoin d'argent pour les éventuels frais médicaux futurs qui pourraient être mis à sa charge si d'aventure il récupérait la garde de ses enfants.

During the early hours on Monday the 1st of May around 1:30am, four Swiss-Thai children fell from the fourth story of a tower block in central Bangkok leading to the death of the youngest child aged 5 and the hospitalisation of the three others (aged 7-11) who remain in a critical, life threatening condition.

Though the circumstances of the incident remain blurry the events of the 1st of May, are said to have been the result of a balcony used to dry dishes, collapsing under the weight of all four children.

According to doctors, the eldest sister whose younger siblings momentarily lay in coma’s, will see the light of day. However at this present time she remains hospitalised with countless wounds.

The relationship between both parents has been very strenuous since their divorce disabling the father to have any contact with the children for the past few years. These heart-breaking years have seen the father through many court cases and lawyers in the hope to one day be reconnected with his children having one the right to be the soul legal guardian. However the wife had not respected the courts wishes and the children had been deprived of their father for over two years.

In this present moment, as you read these words, the children’s father is still fighting for the right to see his children having learnt about the incident on the news. All he wishes for is justice, peace and the right to bury his own son at the feet of a local temple. In this present moment, he has been stripped of all his wishes by the wife and her family and has only been allowed to see one of his children.

Though all the facts and figures of the events which took place on the 1st of May are not yet settled, their father needs all the help he can get to comfort his kids and lay his own son to rest, after all this should be the fundamental, moral and primary right of any parent.

Having painstakingly fought for the right to see his children during this time of grief and disbelief, he has turned to the Thai authorities and ported a complaint, a situation no grieving parent should have to face in moment like these.

In search of financial and emotional help, the children’s hospital bills could be left souly for him to pay if he can regain the custody of his own blood.

In addition he will need the support of good lawyers to once and for all rest this case and see his children. However none of this is cheap and it is a heart breaking, reality and necessity and any help no matter how big or how small would be greatly appreciated.
