Campaign Story
I will be leaving South Sudan at the end of October 2018. It has been a wonderful experience and I deeply appreciate all of your support and encouragement especially since I am a volunteer and have been serving without the financial support of my religious community.
As you know through my updates, I am volunteering with Solidarity with South Sudan which is a collaborative effort of women and men religious from different groups serving the Church’s mission there. This mission focuses particularly on nursing, midwifery training, teacher training, agricultural assistance, peace efforts, and the pastoral care of displaced persons. I have been assisting in the financial and fundraising efforts, specifically helping to report back to funding agencies on how donations are spent.
