Soup kitchen in Madeira,Portugal

Hello,my name is George.
I'm working my all life as chef.I love cooking and helping people.I always felt I want to do something special like help homeless and poor people.Here in Madeira,Portugal are people hungry,living on streets.Or old people living on small government money.Or families with more children who struggle financially. I would love to cook for these people in the evening,after I finish my regular job in restaurant.I want to rent some small restaurant and start there to provide at least one meal/day to these less fortunate.As well I want to use this money for supplies shopping.I would like to start asap,the winter is coming soon.
Your help means a lot to me,I believe when you do right thing it will come back to you.
I will be very gratefull in fullfilling my dream to help feed homeless and poor people.
