FUNDRAISING TO BUY MASK, BATTERY AND VISOR STOCK FOR PUBLIC HOSPITALS - ORDER MADE

WHO WE ARE?

Accepting the challenge of a medical friend who is part of the group, we created a civil society movement, at this uncertain and difficult time, to help health professionals who are at the forefront in the fight against COVID_19, with real difficulties in obtaining medical equipment. health that are so scarce. We are no charity association. We are just a group of citizens residing in Lisbon who are doing their best to try to help those who protect us.

We need healthy health professionals to take care of all of us.

FOR WHOM THE CAMPAIGN IS STARTING

The money raised will be used in full for the purchase of personal protective equipment.

We spoke with the direction and administration of some first and second line hospitals in the fight against COVID 19 (São João in Porto, Santa Maria in Lisbon and García de Horta in Almada) who revealed to us the real concern with the rationing of health equipment having transmitted us what they needed most.

The equipment will be delivered prorated in coordination with the hospitals according to their needs.

We have already secured the purchase and transport of a first supply of 10 thousand FFP2 masks, 3 thousand visors and 50 thousand common masks, whose total value amounts to 100000 Euros, to be deliver beginning of next month.

UNTIL WHEN MONEY HAS TO BE RAISED?

We have already managed to raise part of the necessary amount through contributions from us and friends, but we still need much more.

With the money raised to date.We have already managed to pay the following amounts: 3467 units of FP2 masks, 9630 units of non-surgical masks and 3466 units of visors.

To ensure that all equipment goes to hospitals, which are the entities that really need it, we need to raise the money until the day before the order arrive.
