Sons need their own room

We are 4 member family from Zagreb in Croatia. Curently we live in rented apartment of 40m2. Due to curent state we have one salary that is barelly enough for living because we give half for apartment and rest for comunalitys and food. Older son is 2nd class elementary school and younger goes to kindergarden. We apritiate any help forgetting our own house so kids can have their own rooms and peace.
