I got into something that stated in my detail and need money

Here the story:

I recently got into a job and the person who employ (employer) me didn't pay my bill as settle. What is the bill? Phone bills. Ended up now having to settle myself. Police report have been made. The police said they will take awhile to settle but i can't wait as i want it settle fast. I also tried getting a part-time job but deal to some parent restriction and people rejection (some job scope that involve employing people), it didn't work out and I am no where near getting the money to pay up. Now I am left with this option to get funding on 'Go Get Funding' website.
