Solidarity with Chile

As many may know, Chile is experiencing a serious crisis which has been dragging on for years, but which has exploded in the past few weeks, leaving behind dozens of deaths, hundreds of eye mutilations, and thousands of protesters wounded at the hands of the state. Since day one we’ve been on the streets in solidarity, providing material provisions for the protestors and offering up our hearts and souls for our people.

Repression from the state has continued and the supplies necessary for continuing this fight, along with the money necessary to replace these supplies, have been running out. For this reason, we’d like to make an appeal to international solidarity. All donations received will be used, among other things, to acquire the following supplies:

-antacid
-towels, cloths, and bandages to tie up wounds
-sterile gloves
-eye protection (safety googles)
-helmets
-gas masks
-other safety equipment
-food and water

All purchased supplies will be distributed according to our ability to do so. We hope to distribute supplies to as many critical locations as possible, across the widest geographic area possible. In the event that we raise funds beyond the cost of these supplies, extra funds will be used to obtain medical, psychological, and legal services for the victims of state violence. Funds exceeding these immediate needs will be donated toward community building projects. We are being murdered; Chile is in need of international solidarity.
