Solicitation For PWD’s Under Community Quarantine | FIGHT COVID 19

I am Vladimir Amadeus Felizco Medina, president of a Non-Stock, Non-Profit, Community-Based organization of Persons With Disabilities in our area.

If you would want to help Persons With Disabilities in our community greatly affected by the Lock down or Enhanced Community Quarantine due to CoViD 19 Pandemic through donations/ sponsorship, feel free to contact us. The entire Major Island of Luzon, Philippines where our community Barangay Bambang, Pasig City is located is currently under Enhanced Community Quarantine wherein public transportation is suspended. A lot of stores and offices are close. That is to limit the movement of the people to avoid or slow down the spread of the virus. People practice social distancing and avoid the crowded areas and other large gatherings. People are not supposed to go out of their houses unless necessary like getting food supplies and basic needs and medical purposes.

As a result of the said enhanced community quarantine, many are affected. The Vulnerable sector of Persons With Disabilities are greatly affected as well. Many are on a tight budget and are already worried. Basic needs like food, sanitary kit, and medicine are what most people need.

We hope you could consider helping our members in order to survive the pandemic.

Any amount of help, in cash or in-kind, will highly be appreciated.

Whatever amount remain from the donation will be used for programs to rehabilitate PWD's and their families.
Programs include but not limited to:
- Financial Literacy Training
- Livelihood Training
- Capital Assistance
- Educational Assistance

For now, the main focus will be to provide the needs of PWD's during the entire period of the community quarantine. Updates will be posted on our facebook page.
