Solar Urticaria – Treatment

During the last year's, I had been diagnosed with solar urticaria which means you are allergic to the UV of th sun. In result it made it impossible to stay outside for a long time in the sun. A treatment would be an injection call Xolair which cost around €4,000 which a low class family cannot afford. Any help would be much appreciated as this will be truly life changing.
