Solar Urticaria Disease- Medical Treatment

I am a 19 year old student from Malta, and I've been diagnosed with a condition called Solar Uritcaria. I can't go outside mostly in the Summer and on sunny winter days, also because of this condition I am being deprived of many moments in my life as I am only able to be outside only at night.

Furthermore, in order to improve this condition, I need a treatment which cost around €3000 in which as a low-class family we can't afford. Every donation would be truly life-changing and I would be forever grateful.
