Solar Powered Education Hub

We have planned to convert these school in school plus community centre. We will try proving electricity for computer labs and classes in the schools in rural areas. Now, they need these labs for on 2 to 3 hours a day. After that, the same labs can be used as internet cafe. Also, the same solar panel system can be used as solar power well for the rest of the day.

 

We have calculated a rough estimate of the above plan for one village in Bangalore ( in the school where I have already installed one setup). They have a computer lab with around 20 desktop computers. So according to the calculations, the net cost for converting that school into school + community centre, around $8500 would be needed.
