The world is in an energy, sustainability, and employment crisis and we are dedicated to resolving all three of these issues. Not only can solar systems provide sustainable energy to those in need, it also provides opportunities for new careers paths. Solar energy production is a leading industry for employment growth available to anyone willing to learn the trade and committed to evolving the way the world sustains itself.

Hello, community!

My name is Javier F. Catalan and solar energy production is my calling. I am a Christian, Marine Corps Veteran, Chicago native, and aspiring solar energy engineer with a thorough interest in food, architecture, and everything else that makes for a life well lived. My primary interest is to contribute to the world as best as I can. This is where you come in! Along with my father and brother, we want to help the Midwest become more solar energy friendly. The only way to make that happen is to pioneer the way. By incorporating a solar energy company, our goal is to design, install, and maintain solar energy production systems that will create jobs, produce energy, and reduce global pollution.

We are American Solar, inc. and we are a business start-up in the Chicago area dedicated to the production of affordable solar energy. As the managing partner of the business, I am raising funds with the purpose of using those funds for the interest of solar energy production for our community. Our values are that of Integrity, Excellence, Honesty, with the mindset of a servant-leader. Being a leader in our industry would be a great accomplishment as long as we lead with our core values ensuring that we serve first by providing clean energy at an affordable cost. In order to achieve this, we plan on pivoting into a non-profit organization with the intention of installing solar energy production systems at no cost to people and their families.
