Soft Lacrosse

Our Soft Lacrosse 501(c)(3) non-profit was started to provide basic lacrosse training in inner city, suburban, and rural gymnasiums and outdoor across America for kindergarten through six grade, and even up to eighth grade in places where no recreation lacrosse exists. It is non-contact and provides low cost equipment for safety purposes. It uses lacrosse as the vehicle to train children in all aspects of team sports. It builds self esteem, hand eye co-ordination, offensive and defensive footwork as well as field spacing, vision, and movement.
