Sofiside είναι το ‘‘μέρος’’ της Σοφίας και ο προσωπικός της χώρος. Αυτή η σελίδα είναι για τους ανθρώπους που τη γνωρίζουν & για όσους θέλουν να τη βοηθήσουν με όποιο τρόπο μπορούν, να ενημερώνονται για την κατάσταση της υγείας της & να μαθαίνουν νέα της.

Η Σοφία νοσηλεύεται σε κλινική απο τις αρχές Αυγούστου μετά από τροχαίο ατύχημα στον επαρχιακό δρόμο Ηρακλείου - Ανώγειων. Ήταν καθ’ οδόν για το Φεστιβάλ ‘‘Χαϊμαλίνα’’με τον άντρα της και το γιo της. Το ατύχημα έθεσε σε μέγαλο κίνδυνο τη ζωή της και της προκάλεσε κατάγματα στη σπονδυλική στήλη, το θώρακα καθώς & βλάβη στο νωτιαίο μυελό.

Από τα 17 της χρόνια πάσχει από αυτοάνοσο νόσημα και παρά τις δυσκολίες που της προκαλούσε, η Σοφία επέλεξε να μην παραιτηθεί και να εργάζεται σαν καθηγήτρια τα τελευταία 12 χρόνια, στην ειδική αγωγή, όπου και είναι ιδιαίτερα αγαπητή στους μαθητές & τους συναδέλφους της!

Η Σοφία βρίσκεται σε ακινησία, έχει δυσκολία στην αναπνοή και στην καθημερινή της αυτοεξηπηρέτηση. Στόχος της είναι η επιτυχημένη αποκαταστασή της σε εξειδικευμένο κέντρο στην Θεσσαλονίκη. Η οικογένεια της θα είναι δίπλα της. Το ίδιο μπορείς να κάνεις & εσύ, με το δικό σου τρόπο.

Sofiside is Sofia’s personal place, a space for her. This page was created for all the people that know her and want to help her, in any way they can, and be informed about her health situation and learn her news.

Sofia is now in the rehabilitation centre in Thessaloniki. She was in the hospital for 2 months from the beginning of August after a car accident at the Road of Heraklion- Anogia. She was on the way to the Festival “Haimalina” with her husband and son. The accident put her life into danger and caused fractures in her thoracic area and also damage to her spinal cord.

Sofia has had an autoimmune disease since the age of 17, and despite these difficulties, Sofia had chosen to go on with life and was working at schools with kids with special needs for the last twelve years. She is especially loved by her students and co workers.

Sofia is not moving and has no feeling from the chest and below along with difficulty in her breathing. Her goal is to successfully recover and receive the therapy she needs in a specialized rehabilitation Center in Thessaloniki. Her family will be next to her. You can also help her in your own way.
