Pueblo de Inmaculata Concepcion is a 4-hectare socialized and economic housing project intended for low income earners, uniformed and non-uniformed personnel of the AFP, PNP, BFP and DepED. It is situated in Barangay 2, Mataasnakahoy, Batangas, a town alongside the scenic Taal lake.
The Pueblo is less than a kilometer from the town proper. The town’s public market, groceries, banks and schools are within a kilometer radius from the pueblo.
Lipa City, a 1st class city of Batangas Province is 7 kilometers away. SM Lipa, Robinson’s Lipa and several malls and groceries are but a ride away. La Salle Lipa, University of Batangas, Batangas State University, Lipa City Colleges and Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa are several college institutions nearby.
Passing through STAR Tollways Tambo exit, which is 4 kilometers from the Pueblo, travel time from Mataasnakahoy to Manila take about 1 ½ hours.
Pueblo de Inmaculata Concepcion is 300 meters above sea level and boast of a fair weather most of the time.
