productivity in processing and management of farm yield is quite low in Kitale,Kenya i want to raise funds to start a business focused in vegetable processing machines as a service. i want to acquire potatoes pillars and cutter to help in reducing the time it takes to prepare potatoes to fried chips because the cutting and the peeling of potatoes for fries is still done by hands by most small and sole business owners and it is time consuming and unproductive
