Social Movement against Rape

Rape and sexual harassment are increasing day by day in Bangladesh. As a conservative Muslim country, Bangladeshi women’s are suffering from sexual violence, but most of the cases are unrevealed. Most of women’s are not taking any action against rapists or eve-teasers due to social dishonor. In spite of this situation, media are publishing most of the rape news. After publishing any news at media or after viral any footage in social media public is reacting against rape, they are claiming the major punishment for rapists. Most of the rapists are powerful by economically or they are getting shelter politically. Therefore, most victims are not getting solid judgment! Most of the human right organizations say “At least four hundred rape or sexual harassment incident has happened in Bangladesh in last 100 days”. So we have to think about how a fearful situation is going to Bangladesh. Public transport, school, college, university even religious institutions is not safe for women’s. You can get all the statistics about rape from the human rights organization “ODHIKAR” of Bangladesh.

We are a Bangladeshi social organization from France , the name "Bangladesh Aid". We are working about human rights, doing blood donation campaign for poor patients, distributes winter hot attires for street child and poor peoples and also organize a movement against rape and rapists. We always stand with victim of rape. We help the victims to recover their social, mental harm and also helps them to get a solid judgment by the court. We support the victims all about the legal process. But we are suffering fund problem in all the steps of our works. We need lots of funds to continue our stands with women and continue our social and legal movement against the rapist. So please donate us as a human being for women in poor Bangladesh.
