Aim: To promote education and independence, to the female youth of cameroon in hopes of encouraging more girls to stay in school and aspire for STEM careers and careers in creativity, to be a role model for other girls in empowering themselves, so they feel that there not inferior in society, and to learn that they have the independence for choice of who they aspire to be, to go to school, and to make a difference in there community, because what a guy can do to positively influence a community so can she.

Why: Cameroon like the majority of african nation has a high percentage in the number of girls, who lack the support to continue in education. According to Humanium a international child sponsorship NGO in geneva, 70% of Cameroonian girls are illiterate. The biggest supporter for this statistic is that most girls don't get to finish their education as due to early marriages and pregnancy or a lot of people in the community are not a supporter of a girl going to school simply because she is destined ONLY to get married and be at home or she stays to help at home with her parents. Most girls if lucky get to do the first half of primary school but as the age majority comes along that when the dropout rate for girls in school start showing. Yes the figure slowly is decreasing in the number of girls staying pass primary school but I want to sustain the figure in making sure it stays low and improve. My target are the region of cameroon school that cater to children from poor families. Most of the time a parent is already struggling to keep food and water and a roof over their head. So there barely surviving. How do I come into that place, well a lot of those families need help in resourcing there children with education supplies such as a bag, books, pencil, pen and water bottle. Yes this seems like simple things you can find in the grocery, and not much to most people in developed places but in countries with the majority in the poverty it's a luxury and thus not that many people are entitled to it only if they can afford it. Even if it is just helping in a small way, by bringing supplies or in big way by sponsoring, every step is a helping hand in being part of improving a girls life in some way.

HOW: My first mission into reaching my aim is to supply 50 school bags with supplies to help cameroonian girls in school, in sustaining them with school essentials which a lot of them can't afford hence helping them and their parent overcome the difficult boundary of not being able to afford supplies to help them carry on with schooling. I plan on supplying these bags to girls aged 8-10 as I believe those are the golden ages where young girls need the most support since, it at those ages there half way through primary school and factors such as pregnancy, marriage and staying at home to help out begin to affect them and they decide to drop out.
