smokeys hip replacement

Can any dog lovers outhere help me. I have a 4 year old Akita cross with severe arthritis in both hips, my pet insurance has paid for one hip to be replaced at a cost of £5,000 but will not pay for the other. I am desperate to have his second hip done and trying my best to save up the £5,000 required which is proving more or less impossible as i have multiple sclerosis and can no longer work. If anyone could kindly donate anything towards his operation no matter how small it would be greatly appreciated. thankyou yvonne j
