I'm freelance application and device developer. I have project to help corporate sector manage their employee intelligently. In this project I would like to develop the Smart Employee Management Solution (SEMS) for small and medium industry. This SEMS includes smart cloud based application to manage employee attendance, employee private application (IOS and Android), digital time-card for staff to check-in and check-out and also smart application to open the door (BLE authorization door access).
Top management and Human resource use cloud-based application to manage their employee and control the work flow. Besides, the Supervisor can use smart phone as a device for control the working environment and team members.
The smart time-card is helpful for big factory to control their staff movement and also control their staff performance.Smart e-timecard is the concept whereby employee use their smart phone application that connected to BLE whenever bypass the door or any checkpoint.
For Employee have their own application privately to check their working performance (KPI), attendance, leave management, total working hour/day/month/year and notification from superior.
