Smart City – improvement

This campaign is to raise funds for a still developing project of mine: the City Improvement Operative System or CIOS for short. With this, a central city server is installed along with many (like hundreds) of sensors throughout the city collecting valuable data. With this data (weather, traffic, crime location), a city is able to improve: with weather data, in hot cities, it's possible to determine extreme hotspots and take measures to prevent such spots; with traffic sensors, it's possible to adjust headlights automatically to achieve maximum traffic flow and with crime location, it's possible (presuming the city's citizens install the app), to alert the user of a high crime rate location and to avoid said place. This are just a few examples of how the system will work. They will all connect to the GSM network and send their data to the server to be processed and stored. Later, the CIOS alerts a human of a potential threat to the city and recommends an action.
