Smart Charger for mobile phones

My best friend and I are sincerely looking for funds to fufill our first business project in creating a smart charger build for andriod and iphone which stops charging when your phone is fully charged and recharge again. This project not only save your phone battery life, it will save your electricity bills as well. How does it suppose works? It works by stopping electric flow to the mobile phone once fully charged. There will be a LED indicator to provide its charging status. We had found developers to help on manuafacturing the product but will need capital for the production. Hopefully there are kind souls out around the world to help us fufill our dreams.
