Small town computer buisness needs your help

i started this small computer buisness in 2008 , my main goal being where families with children could come to purchase affordable home computers for their families to do homework and learn. My computers are recycled unit from the school District that I refurbish myself , adding Microsoft office , typing programs , as well as special needs programs when requested , I even teach how to take the viruses off of the computers when they purchased it . The reason for me seeking help is that my business is located in an outside fleamarket ,I have a number of booths there .Here in South Carolina we have had two bad events one we had a cold spell which kept customers away ,then we had a record-breaking rain fall which flooded our city really devastating. These events have really cut down on my customer base I am trying hard to regroup but it is very discouraged this is why I am reaching out ,I know there's someone there that can help .
