Mental Well-Being Talks for the Unsung Heroes

It's my birthday and I need your help; not your flowers, cakes or candles :)

Our brain needs to be taken care of everyday; yet not everyone has the privilege of time or knowledge to invest time to make this ritual a habit. As a mental well-being facilitator and Psychology teacher, I want to share my expertise and help those who work harder, stronger and better than me, but don't have a minute to take a breath. The support staff in schools, labourers who have built the bridges we drive on everyday, animal shelter staff that gives up the excitement of city life to foster animals in need, security teams who exhaust their minds and many more; these are just some of the unsung heroes that I would love to share a space of healing with. My organisation, Sanation Education, aims to build a community of thought and I would hate to limit it to people who can "afford" to be a part of it. The money just allows me to do what I believe in. All donations will go into making the workshop sessions more exciting, with free gift packs for the participants, food and water and travel expenses. Thank you for your support, it means everything.
