Small Coffee Shop Owner

My name is Deanie and I have a little boy called Lucas.
I know there are so many people in worse situations than us but I wanted to reach out to people about ours...
My husband and I have a family business, just us two, and with covid hitting since last year, we have been struggling to make ends meet. With our son being born since November of last year, it has become even more difficult for us financially because I cannot work.
Our business is falling apart and is barely making enough to pay our daily expenses. This year is a real struggle. We still need diapers, formula and clothes. Lucas is growing so fast and outgrows his clothes quickly.
Paying our apartment rent is what makes things even harder for us. Even though it is a small studio apartment, it is expensive and we cannot leave yet because of the lease we are bound to.
I don’t want to sound desperate but I am at this point and hopefully this message will touch people’s hearts.
