To purify city and industrial waters, large quantities of noxious sludge are produced which are very difficult to dispose of without polluting.

GMFin developed, with its partners, a technology that allows, through a pyrolysis process, to reduce the quantity to less than a tenth, and to transform the sludge in an inert solid material, therefore easily disposed of in landfills.

With the funds raised with this project, GMFin will build a demonstration plant, for a total investment of approximately 3.5 million pounds. After demonstration this technology solve the pollution problem of civil and industrial slidges, ot will be diffused wordwide.
