Rather than go on Honeymoon or buy perishable goods for our home, we thought you may prefer to contribute to helping Hana get her business off the ground, and hopefully be part of a legacy to live well beyond our lives and that of our children.

Slingbonding (www.slingbonding.com) is a unique new class where parents bond with their babies, get fit, meet new friends and have a great time all at the same time, without worrying about the convenience and cost of childcare.

Being a new parent is challenging enough without looking to combine it with keeping in shape.   

Keeping in shape also commonly means paying for childcare, and a gym that you rarely use and/or does not accept babies.

The fitness and emotional balance of new mums is essential for their future wellbeing and the emotional and physical development of their babies.
