Sleeping bags for Seniors

Last night it was 28 degrees F, -2.222 celsius. There are 500-1,000+ women over 50 without homes, some with cars, some on the streets in Monterey, CA including me. It is very cold and dangerous to one's health especially when you are a senior woman. Would really be nice to get some warm sleeping bags as well as campers, trailers, thermos, camping stoves, etc. I have cancer, heart failure and arthritis and was supposed to have two surgeries a few weeks ago but have not found anyone to take care of my 12 year old pup Cici nor a place to stay for us after surgery. Now, I am asking for warm sleeping bag for myself before my 69th birthday on Thanksgiving. And I would love to be able to give out some sleeping bags for other ladies before Christmas.

Why don't women over 50 without homes matter to other women over 50? I realize there is A LOT GOING ON RIGHT NOW WITH CA FIRES, election aftermath, AND IT IS FREEZING COLD OUTSIDE. I CANNOT MAKE ANYONE CARE. AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY. BEEN SICK FOR TOO LONG AND AM IN A LOT OF PAIN AND AT A LOSS.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF WE WERE YOUR MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER, AUNT, COUSIN, DAUGHTER OR FRIEND ??? IF MY DAD WAS ALIVE, I WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF BUT HE DIED IN 1987.

So here I am turning to you and asking for financial help (or if you want to donate super warm sleeping bags that keep people warm when it is under 30 degrees (freezing) that would be great. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance from our hearts.
