slap injury/prp shots/shoulders

one year ago i had a nasty injury on both of my shoulders.i got tenontitis on both of them and a rupture of cartilage on my right shoulder.i was in a lot of pain with the slightest movement

so i started physiotherapy but i realised that the problem was much greater.it just wouldnt heal that easy.i needed surgery but i realised that my public doctor wouldnt perform it.he wanted cash,which i didnt have

in the meantime i got fired from my job cause i was in a lot of pain with the slightest movement.i live with the walfare allowance since then and continue physiotherapy but the problem still persists.also my shoulders wont move beyond a certain point.got "cold shoulders" as the doctors describe it

ive heard of those prp shots with stem cells comming from your own body and that theres a large percentage of succes.i need to get well and get a job.i need your help
