Lee’s taking the plunge - All to raise money for St Luke’s hospice in Plymouth.
In 2016 Lee and his family got the devastating news that his dear Mother, Carol had pancreatic cancer.
Just two months later, Carol was able to go to St Luke’s. Complete with smoking room, drinks trolley and picturesque gardens, she spent a couple of weeks being properly cared for by the most amazing people. From doctors, to nurses to kitchen staff, each and every person there had such respect and a wicked sense of humour. This served us well, particularly when Matilda showed up in full witch outfit complete with hot pink wig!
They also honoured Carol’s request to spend her final days with family at home, making sure all of her needs were taken care of. For this, we are forever grateful.
Please help to raise as much as possible for this amazing charity, in memory of a wonderful Mum - Carol Snowdon.
