Sky dive, Tough Mudder.

Hi, earlyer this year my farther was diagnosed with motor neurone disease, a disease that will slowly lead to his being in a vegative state. I decided to get active and complete some charities events. Starting in February at a weight of 16.5st. And having not done any exorcise for years I began to walk and jog, I have since began running and working out 3time a week.im now 15st,  I have signed up for the Tough Mudder event here in the uk, a 10 mile assault course, not for the faint hearted!!!!! And I intend on doing a sky dive when I have raised enough funds, my charities are, The Motor Nuerone Disease foundation, and the international Red Cross, I also intend on sending funds to a local domestic abuse charity "voice for change" this is a small indipendant charitie that I currently volentier at as a counsellor.    thanks for reading  all support is appreciated and welcome, no matter how big or small.
