skills for kids

I have always wanted to start my own business. Unfortanetly ever penny i save up go to helping people out. helping people succeed in life, is a great accomplishment. i don't want to start a business for profits. I want to continue helping people out. i want to start a shop. i have been a mechanic since the day i could walk. i have work with wood and metal on countless occasions.  and these may all be labor trades, but they are important trades. these trades pay well once you get the experience needed. I want to give kids 16+ a head start in life. if they want to be a mechanic i want to help them buy tools. on top of a pay check, if there dream is to make bookshelfs and eleborate wood works of art. i want to equip them with the skills and tools they will need. and the same goes for metal. these are 3 simple trades in the world. And all of them serve a purpose. i know most school have these classes, honestly they are a joke. I want to personably, show them the rewards for thier accomplishment. and what money is'nt funding the shop i would like it to be for helping other people in need.
