Six Legs to Stand On

Hello everyone!  Im Liam and im 21 living in Wales. I want to raise money to help funding for my captive breeding project, I currently have lots of different creatures which I love and live for, I really want to educate people about these animals and hopefully ease the desolation of wild collections from around the world.  

My plan is to write a book and breed these beautiful animals to not make money but spread the joy these astonishing creatures give me to other people!   Before you judge these sweet crawling critters please understand that they bring alot of comfort to people who are often not understood or even bullied.

Insects and invertebrates are in their millions around the world, theres not one place they are absent from; North Pole to Deep sea vents and even caves so long and unexplored have important food chains that all come down to invertebrates. Take the Savannah for example, there are special termites that collect dead grass for themselves, this clears the way for new growth which feeds herbivores like zebras,  antelope and buffalo,  this provides great breeding conditions for the herbivores which in turn makes fresh prey for Lions, cheetahs and Hyenas....no Termites no life in the Savannah. Insects are also responsible for pollination of our crops, flowers and in turn food, bees make great honey, silk moth caterpillars create beautiful silk and some bugs are even used in red lipstick. Additionally they are now creeping their way in as a healthy and easy made food source. Also the more hated members of the invertebrates like flies cockroaches and spiders are essential! Flies help in the decomposition of rotting and dead material,  cockroaches are scavengers and clean debris from the floors and spiders are clean and very helpful when it comes to keeping the numbers of flies, cockroaches and even other things like rats and mice down in numbers
