Single mum w three kids in need of a home urgently

I’m about to lawfully become a single mum with three little children.

My husband and I are currently going through divorce and we had been fighting over custody issues for a while now.

Our rental lease was coming to an end at the end of feb so we thought it would be a great opportunity to seperate for starters.

However my husband kept changing his conditions and would not sign any of my leases for any properties and just recently handed me a divorce contract with unreasonable conditions.

He then started packing kids stuff away secretly and I noticed kids things started disappearing from the house. I was very worried and spoke to a lawyer. They told me I have to quickly pack and leave secretly while he was at work before he takes them away. I’m at my mothers for now but there’s only space for a single mattress w three kids and we have no money to find a home anywhere.

I’ve filed everything for a caught case and my trial is apparently in a month.

I’m in desperate need for a home where we can feel safe and where my kids can go to school please help..thank you
