SINGLE MOTHER RECOVERING FROM SURGERY ABOUT TO LOSE EVERYTHING

I have had to have spine surgery(lamenectomy and miceodectomy) to replace 4 busted discs in my back. I have always worked and had to quit my job for this, because recovery would be at least 3 months. With me being a manager it was not possible to take a leave of absence that long. I have dealt with the severe sciatic pain and back pain for longer than anyone should. I have put this surgery off for 4 years. After busting out another disc i wound up in the er in january because of the pain only to find that i had herniated another disc and was facing possible nerve damage of it was not fixed. My plan was to use my tax refund to pay for the surgery as well as my bills and living expenses while i recovered. My tax advisor through h and r block sent in an incomplete tax form whenever i filed on feb 9th. Which messed up everything. Since the end of Feb I have had a hard time getting by. I am a mother of an 8 year old. And take no government assistance. I had to reschedule my surgery two times already while waiting on my refund. My brother is the only family i have and paid for part of my surgery from his refund so i could get my surgery and start to recover, but cannot help much more because of his own finances. I finally had my surgery on March 25th. I still have not received my tax refund and can't go back to work until I am cleared. The irs says it could be at least another month because h and r block sent my missing documents and information to the wrong part of the irs building. I have been trying to make it but can't even get a loan without having a job. I am drowning and can't come up for air. I can't even focus on recovering like I should be. All my bills are behind. My car will be repoed next week if I don't have the money to pay my bill. I could be evicted this month. My credit has taken a giant hit because of my late payments. I am very prideful and have always paid my own way, But I need help. I am terrified that my daughter and I will be on the streets and everything I have worked so hard for to be taken away, all over a mistake that could have been avoided by my tax professionals. Honestly even if someone granted me a loan until my money comes in. Anything will help me at this point. I have tried everything that I can.
