Single Mom Small Business Start Up

As a single Mom working full time and rarely receiving child support I began to dabble in mobile home retail. Working under a friend's LLC I began to understand sales, marketing, rehab, and general costs for the business to resell used mobile homes. As lucrative as it has been, his company lost a lender based off of another agent's actions.
This lender was huge. I also would turn over 50% of my profits to the CEO of the company and now I am at a point where I am in need of starting my own LLC, obtaining my own retailers license for my state, and obtaining brokers/realtor license to continue to strive for the best success for my kids.
Starting my own company is highly important to me and could be a game changer for single mothers who are entrepreneurs.
I would need $5, 000 for the retailers license, at LEAST $800.00 for Brokers/Realty classes and license, and a little extra for electronics to run the business such as portable printer and tablet for signing sales agreements on the go.
My kids have been a huge part of the start to this business. They have been so used to living off my 8-5 job and when we began traveling to look at potential mobile homes they were not happy about the car rides. Some of the homes needed to be cleaned up before photos could be posted so I would pay my kids to help. After seeing the results they began to understand what hard work does. This is important for me. I want my kids to see how hard work and drive can provide outstanding and endless results.
I have been accepted into an online College to obtain an Associates in
Business Management with focus on Entrepreneurship and anticipate starting on July 31st. Please assist me with getting my business off the ground to show other single Mothers who may have been in a dire circumstances such as Domestic Violence as I had been that there is HOPE for starting again with a successful positive outlook.
