Single mom of 4 kids need help with vehicle repairs to get to and from work safely

My name is Niki, I have 4 kids I'm supporting on my own with no help. I have a trailblazer I'm making payments on for the past couple years. It has alot wrong including ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rods, tires all four bald and the estimate is close to $4,000.00 I work and no way I can afford that all at once. Winter is coming fast so just asking for all the help I can get so I can safely get kids to and from school/ daycare and myself to and from work. Much appreciated and thank you.
