Single Mom of 3 need help!

I am a single mom of 3 working 2 jobs, sometimes 3 when my on call job needs me. We do not get any help from the state (I apparently make too much). I have a loan that I took out while I was married to my husband for repairs on "our" home, my name was not on the house but it was our shared home. He left me on Thanksgiving Day for the woman he had been cheating on me with (I had no knowledge). I am the only one supporting my children and myself and we are barely making ends meet. I need help to get the $34,000.00 loan paid off ASAP! It is $687 a month and I just can't afford it, but it is tied to my parents family home who are retired. Please help!
