Single Mom needs a new “used” car

I'm a single mom of 2 girls aged 6 and 3. I have a part time job but barely make enough to pay the bills. The car I have now is not going to last very long. It is absolutely the only transportation I have to get me to my job and my daughter to school. The car has a ton of issues including no heat, defrost which is very dangerous when I have to poor hot water on the wind shield to thaw it out and it is completely frozen back before I even get out of my drive way. It also will not keep water, antifreeze in it so it runs hot often. I'm lucky if I can take my daughter to school and get back home before it shuts off. The car is not safe. The fan doesn't work which is why it runs hot and it won't keep antifreeze because it will pour straight out of the bottom of the motor. With the money I make and the bills I have to pay I will never be able to save enough money for a car. I haven't been able to leave my very small town with a few stores in over a year because of the car running hot all of the time. It has stopped numerious times in the dead middle of the road and honestly I'm surprised it hasn't caused a wreck. I'm afraid to drive my children in it because of the way it is, so basically they only go out when it is absolutely necessary. I wish I could afford to get 1 by myself but I don't think it would be possible. I know that their are people that need stuff more important than a car but even if it is $1 you can spare then it will help. I think I can find a used good quality car for the amount or at least I hope. It will be greatly appreciated and thank you and god bless
