Single mom & kids losing home

2 weeks ago our home was being broken into with us inside our home. My husband grabbed his deceased grandmothers unloaded hand gun to protect us while we waited for police. When the police came they saw the gun and immediately arrested him. He has never been in trouble with the law and has no criminal background. But because New Jersey gun laws are so strict and some what ridiculous my husband is still sitting in county jail. I can't afford a lawyer. I am a 27 yr old waitress and live day to day off of my tips to support our 3 children ages 8,6, & 1. 

A week after this happened our landlord called me. She said with regret she filed eviction papers because she doesn't think I can afford to pay rent, utilities, and live without my husbands income helping me. I am now lost and alone. I haven't been able to go to work because I have no family or friends to help with child care. My husband would watch them while I worked. And I would watch them while he worked at night. I have a court date in a month for the eviction. If I bring in a lump sum of money by law she has to let us stay. I am also trying to get money together to finally get my husband a lawyer and possibly post bail for him to come home until his trial. 

If you feel you can help us even the smallest donation helps. I'm in a desperate place in my life and I'm scared for my children. I'm literally stuck with no way to get us out of this. So I am reaching out to you. Pleading for help.
