Single jobless mother stuck in civil case with her 13 years daughter

I am Summiayya Moten a single mother of my 13 years old daughter.

I am currently stuck in a rental/civil case of AED 78,450 in Sharjah for an appartment that I had registered on my name as a favor to a friend which she was supposed to transfer to her name later once her visa process get completed but she did not and neither did she pay the rent.

I came to know about this case when I resigned from my job and they applied for my visa cancellation. At that time i had already cancelled my daughter's visa as well.

I am currently unemployed and my daughter is also overstaying here as I have no where to send her and I have no source of income and am the only bread earner for my 70 year mother and 13 year daughter. I am living in a shared room and don't have money to even survive any more.
