Single Father Trying to Save Home

I need help saving my home from foreclosure. I am a single parent of an eleven year old daugther. Four years ago, my ex-wife of twelve years suffered a bout of mania an d spun out of control. She suffers from Bipolar Disorder and refuses treatment. She was fired from her jo, kept the family in chaos and demaned a divorce. For the sake of the kids and myself, i gave her the divorce and was awarded custody of my daugther and stepson (he is in the Marines Now). I do not recieve any financial support from her and I have exhuasted my emergency funds and lifesavings. I have been furloughed until the end Of September, I haven't had a raise in 3 Years, I lost 7.5% of my income because I had to change shift so that my daugther wouldn't be home unsupervised until i can get home from work and i can't definitely afford a sitter.

I have been working the bank through their Foreclosure Prevention program since early 2010. The loan was modified, then rescinded and remodified but was not the monthly payment promised under the trail period. I have fallen behind in payments and in September of 2012, I received a letter of intent to foreclose on my home. I have been through 4 of the bank's case managers with each closing the case without explanation. And when i inquire as of my case closed, the answer I get is" we don't know apply again and have your documents ready" and this starts the process all over. I believe if I can get the payments up to date I will in a better position to refinance to a lower payment.

The last 4 years has been trying times for my daugther and I, adjusting to a one parent household and enduring the financial hardship, but we are grateinspite of the circumstances. We appreciate any donation you can make. Thank you in advance and God bless.
