Hi there I'm Simon 34 year old male who have a keen interest in fitness,
This year I signed up to the Hench.ltd 12 week body transformation challenge why did I sign up for this challenge? I want to push myself in a new direction train hard to see what my full potential in the world of weight lifting and bodybuilding. My reason why I am doing this is to build a stronger and more confidence person after last year I went through many problem with anxiety issues which lead to alcoholism abuse. I had found training to a strict weight training plan has help me and given me a new out look in life.
Why am I asking for help?
I need you help as there no gym near to where I live I need to buy
some more equipment to help me train and compete my challenge as I am
now lifting more heavier weights I need some more gear to help me take
it to the next level.
I made a list below of some of the stuff which I need currently the
most imported item I need is a squat rack as now I need to lift a
heavier weight I'm find it difficult to lift the barbell up and over my
head which I feel is getting a little unsafe and could cause injury to
myself.
Squat Rack -- price 60-90 euros
Weights for barbell / dumbbell -- 10-30 euros per disc weight
Protein supplements -- 30+ euros per 4kgs pouch
You can follow my fitness journey and how I am doing in my body
transformation challenge on my Instagram @rebelpunkfitness

I would be really happy for any support you wish to give me in my fitness journey even if it a few spare euros as any amount will help me out a lot.
