Hey Hey, my name's Simone!
Ive been a Registered Nurse for approximately ten years, currently working in Royal Perth Hospital's Intensive Care Unit. Since I was a student nurse I have always wanted to experience volunteering with others less fortunate than myself, in Africa. I've recently registered with a volunteering agency- International Volunteers HQ and am planning the trip for March 2020. I have registered for three weeks in Livingstone, Zambia, Africa, assisting 1 teacher with 60+ students, the average ratio for a class in a community based school.
I am really really excited for this opportunity, if I can come up with the funds. Please donate any amount you fancy, as all dollars & cents will help me on my way to doing something Ive always dreamt of!
