SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN FOR A CAUSE

Hi friends, we are again asking for some help. We will be conducting a signature campaign for Arki's liver transplant surgery. Her doctor advised us that Arki's liver is deteriorating very fast and so we're advise to undergo the transplant by December but we are still lacking with funds. She already developed ascites and hernia as complications of her disease.

Can I ask for a hundred peso for every signature? We are aiming for at leas 1,000 signatures? Please help us, we really had financial burden specially now that Arki is admitted again. Your 100 pesos can go the extra mile, please be with us in our battle. Christmas is coming, gift nyu na po ito kay Arki please? :-)
