This venue was of valuable help as we were able to pay the more than 1 Million peso bill in the hospital last year 2018 month of February for the almost 1 month admission with 5 days in ICU. With the great amount of assistance and prayers from you, which we are always grateful for. Though it did not reach the target but that was a big amount to pay some of the hospital bill.

Update is, Sigmund is turning Grade 8 in the coming school year, in spite of being absent from school occasionally. That could be due to his monthly treatment or emergency hospital admission. With determination, patience, gratitude and grace from God he was able to complete his Grade 7, also with the support of his school, teachers, classmates and schoolmates. His current medical condition is that, he is still has the colostomy bag, he is still taking 4 different types of supplements/vitamins everyday. His food intake/diet is still very restricted only to porridge (lugaw), bolied egg, fruits, soup (fish only), periodically chicken. Strictly no frying of food, absolutely no preservatives, no sugar, no gluten, no wheat, no dairy. All soup, all natural, all fresh, all home cooked, no any other condiments, not much intake of high fiber food and just a pinch of salt to taste mixed to his home cooked viand. In spite all these, he still excited to eat his meal every single day. Further, he is still under treatment of infliximab infusion which is scheduled every 8 weeks since the day he was discharged from hospital last Feb 2018 up to present (more than a year now). In fact in the hospital while admission last year they already started 2 sessions of infusion to him. In addition, at current, before his actual infusion starts, he needs to complete numbers of laboratories and reports then doctors check up as clearance. His last admission was last Feb 27, 2019 only when he was again having bloody output (heavy) because of respiratory infection. And his last infliximab infusion was last March 15, 2019.

With this, we are once again asking your kind heart to assist us financially as we continuously comply and sustain to the monthly medical treatment of Sigmund. A lot of medical related issues came up after his hospitalization last Feb 2018 and through the grace from God, our Almighty, we were able to surpass it. Good news is that, in his last check up last March, the doctor said she will start to taper the infliximab.

I am still working in Dubai far away from Sigmund and my husband. We are trying to meet both ends in all aspects specially the finance side. But with great confidence in God, I claim and declare that Sigmund is already healed! Our God is our great healer. He created us according to His image and likeness. He owns us, so no sickness can win over our body. God bless everyone.
