Stranded, sick & at risk

Please help me get out of a dangerous situation. After a 6 month journey around the world, I've found myself in a dead-end situation that I can't get out of, even after exhausting every possible channel. I have spent countless hours managing an online business to keep this trip afloat, but to no avail. I'm basically 'imprisoned' in Bangladesh, dangerously ill and with no way out or escape from a financial travesty that is ruining me on multiple levels.

After falling ill to food poisoning twice, I have contracted liver disease known as Hepatitis E, with severe jaundice where I'm currently stranded in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I've seen two doctors including a hospital visit which diagnosed me 8 days ago, but with the little treatment options provided my eyes and skin have been becoming a darker yellow every day since, and I had to decline recommended hospital care for a total lack of personal funds. Normally I have always been healthy until I came here - and the local environment has been non-conducive to recovery, enduring air pollution that is at a level measured constantly 10x higher than of the average developed nation, and no option to eat "healthy" food because even if I cook produce from a local market the level of pesticides used can actually be tasted.

Today I spent most of my food money to extended my 30-day visa for the 2nd time and was just given 7 days to leave the country (Feb. 3rd), after which I will face certain legal issues either having to appear before a judge (which may involve a bribe) or could be detained at the airport if I can't pay additional overstay fees. I have been staying for free with a generous AirBnb host for a month on "IOU" and I could face a disaster if their patience runs thin, having no money coming in at all. Due to a recent digital filter with online marketing that I do as a freelancer, much of my mobile traffic has been erroneously marked as fake or 'bot' which has caused me to receive only only a tiny fraction of what I was expecting - $1,100 in deposits to exist over the past 4 months in South Korea, now Bangladesh. January 1st was the date I was (supposed to) make the first payment to a Debt Relief agency to finally start the process of erasing around $17K of debt at a great discount, but now at one month late this opportunity may become lost. I have have never had any savings; currently no assets like a car, no address, and family do not have any spare room. I'm also months late on credit cards which are over limit and incurring fees. I have truly exhausted all other means to secure funding for this urgent situation including applying for more loans, asking parents and visiting the local US embassy; and as for getting a job in Bangladesh this is strictly not allowed on my type of visa.

This is the first time in my 39 year life I have touched a fundraiser. I'm begging for help and I can provide proof of accountability for any support received. Any amount helps.
